Hello to anyone reading this,
I had made myself a promise to be consistent with my blogging and chose the Mojo Monday sketches to be consistent with each week.
I must admit that this week I was not feeling up to it - a little overwhelmed with all the talent around me I suppose as I have been browsing blogs, you tube etc and checking out all the different techniques and stuff that can be done.
I'm so overwhelmed I just didn't know where to start today, so I used the sketch and stuck to a flower theme I found at Just Add Ink who posted a beautiful yellow flower to inspire us. Anyways - here's my card and I hope you like it.
I have used two Stampin Up stamps - The big flower is from the Looks Like Spring stamp set and the sentiment is from the Best Yet stamp set. I also used Stampin Up Tempting Torquise ink on the flower and around the edges of the patterned paper. I sprayed the whole sentiment with a fine mist of glimmer too, although I don't think you can see it. I used spellbinders circle dies and a gel pen to place some dots around the edges. My ribbon is secured with a push pin that has a butterfly bead attached to the bottom.
I'm off to a friends' place tonight to try a brayer technique, hopefully to make a sunrise on my card. Will post the results tomorrow :)

It's great to see you entering challenges. It's cute as
you will too!
I agree with you, there is a lot of talent out there to be inspired by and challenges are a great way to start when you are stuck for ideas. Thanks for playing at JAI.
