Hi Everyone,
I’ve made another set of Christmas cards, and wanted to share them with you. The last set I made was based on Red card, so this set is based on Green card.
Once again I’ve made 4 cards with one sheet of double sided paper raided from my Christmas stash (which is overflowing the one bag now …oops…note to self – stop shopping!).
I’ve got some close ups below – of three of them anyways!
I started out simply stamping onto the patterned paper (can you see the pointy christmas tree beneath the die cut tree?) Anyway, the paper was too strong a pattern and the stamp too fine lined, so i stuck another tree over it and carried on. The little pressies are stamped on card, cut out and stuck on. The pressie stamp and the Peace sentiment are both on the same set from Kaiser Craft last year.
This one is the same with the stamped tree – at this stage I decided some glitter wouldn’t go astray on that and did both of them! I used some burgundy coloured brads here instead of stamped pressies.
This one I used the other side of the paper and added some lace and a row of pressies stamped on card that was bordered with scallops.
You’ll notice the corners have been die cut with my favourite find at the fair – a little die that cuts four different corners at once!
Ciao for now
