Never Ending Goodbye

Hello Everybody,

My lack of time this week leads me to post something that I made quite some time ago and that my good friend Trish had taken photos of because she liked it so very much.

It's a never ending card and I learnt the technique off You Tube. Sorry I don't have the original post, but if you type in never ending card all sorts of tutorials should come up for you.

I was reminded of this card by Robbie Rubala of Inkedx2 when she posted one a month or so ago, you can see her version here .

On with the photos then...

I made this card for a work mate who was retiring after 20 years of service.

I have used my Friendly Words jumbo roller and my Fiskars cutter and letters-1 template to make the sentiment.

This is the front and it folds open to reveal....

.....The first lot of panels (we were all able to write on a different panel each), it then folds upwards from the middle....

....and it keeps going, it simply folds out and around up and over endlessly...

It's a fantastic design and has endless options for decorating. I've also used my stampin up punch, some ribbons, pearls and decorative corner stamps. I don't remember the name of the patterned paper I used which is frustrating as usual.

...and then back out again....

......from here it folds back to the front view.

I feel better now that I've shared something for the week. I am hoping to get out into my craft room today after Gym so hopefully will get my Mojo card for the week done at the very least!
