Hi Everyone, or Hello as the card says! Just a quick post today to share this neat CAS style card. I’ve been practising! Still have the need to embellish though, so I’m not entirely sure you could call it CAS! lol
I was inspired somewhere in my blog hopping travels to try this technique out. It was fairly simple, just had to make sure the sentiment lined up underneath so it was important it was stamped straight.
The Fancy Flower punch was used….again
The stamp is from the Stampin Up “My Friend” stamp set and the colours I have used are Staz On Black over the Island Indigo cardstock and Island Indigo ink on the Whisper White CS. The Bakers Twine from the current Winter Mini Catalogue is also in Island Indigo. A couple of brad gems finished off the corners with a sparkle.
I will share this at the following challenges:-
It is a simple but effective card I think, hope I’ve inspired you too.
Don’t forget to check out my Stampin’ Up website for further information on the current Paper Party promotions or if you are interested in becoming an Australian Stampin’ Up Demonstrator yourself – a generous discount on products is a great incentive and the new and improved Starter Kit is mind blowing!

Hello Vicki, I love your CAS card and the technique is one I must try. Love the colors and the simplicity of it...I tend to have a hard time with CAS as well but like you, I am practicing. Thanks for participating in the Bingo Challenge over Mema's Crafts and good luck.
This is just awesome! Love your window and the twine frame!
Vicki, This is delightful. I do love CAS designs and you nailed it with this one! Thanks for playing along at Cooking It Up with Katie this time and I hope to see you again in our next challenge.
