Fun and Happiness at Annabelles Birthday Celebrations

Hello Everyone,

I’m back with my Third Annabelle Stamps Birthday Celebrations Challenge card. The challenge today was to have 2 “b” embellies on your card – well I went for overkill as usual and as I wasn’t sure if 2 Balloons counted so I add 2 Bling just to make sure – as you do!

This cute Teddy Bear stamp is from a free gift on the Do Crafts Magazine and it’s called Tatty Teddy. He has a few stitches and patches here and there poor thing, but the sentiment is very bright..

 

I did a bit of dry embossing on this card, and even though I got the folder back to front on the bottom layer, i think the impressions look just as nice as the raised dots. I’ll have to make that mistake on purpose next time lol.

Back Again – and Best Wishes this time for Annabelle Stamps Birthday – they share the birthday with my Mum, so I might give this lovely card to Mum for her Birthday.

This is the second challenge in Annabelle Stamps Birthday Celebrations – Flowers & Blooms is the subject this week.

My favourite flower stamp has been stamped twice and the second copy cut out and layered to give a little dimension. The Best Wishes sentiment was stamped onto a Kaiser die cut – it’s part of the 6” paper pack ‘Tea at Elsie’s’, as is the die down the left side of the flower and the background paper with shiny flowers on it.

I guess I have enough flowers and blooms here to well and truly qualify!

I don’t know about you, but I’ve gone to use a card I have made only to find it is too dark to write in! I’ve decided that all my dark coloured cards must now have a label inserted to write on!

Problem solved – have a good week, hopefully I’ll be back before the 15th when this challenge finalises.

Would be pretty awesome to win the prizes on offer.

Stampin up a Storm Pack 4

Hello Again, a bit of a busy start to the week with work delayed me from sharing the last and final project from last Saturday’s paper mates meeting.

It’s shame you had to wait so long.....this project is a gorgeous “Tag Book”.

An ingenious little flap on both the inside of the pocket and the tag itself prevent the tag from coming out of the book entirely. (It kinda reminded me of ‘monkey grip"’ lol)

          

Each tag has it’s own stamped image which matches the theme of the papers used too.

I used the template provided with the project kit to make the pockets from designer papers.

           

Once again all the products used are from Stampin Up (except perhaps the Bind Mate machine used to punch the holes and the spiral spine of the book).

I followed the directions of Jane Norrish, my Stampin Up demonstrator to put this together. She is so very talented and deserves all the credit!

I’ll be sharing this Tag Book with the girls at My Time to Craft Challenge Blog. It’s a JFF Challenge and the theme for Challenge #156 is Just Between Friends. Now I don’t know if you can see it, but the very first tag in the book has the word “friends” stamped on the bottom corner.

Stampin up a Storm–Pack 3

Hello Again,

Well – here is the third project from my All day Stampin Up a Storm paper mates meeting on Saturday and isn’t it adorable!

A ‘Hat’ trinket box.

               

It is decorated inside & out!

I just adore it! 

Once again it is all Stampin up products, and the credit goes to Jane Norrish for all I did was assemble it from her instructions.

Since it’s now a new week, I’ll share this over at Make it Monday – Bonus too as it’s their Birthday and they’re having a Blog Hop – so check it out!

Been a big day at work so will save Project 4 for tomorrow night.

Stampin Up a Storm–Pack 2

Hello Again,


Here’s the items made in Pack 2 of my Stampin up a Storm fun day.


First up we used a “Petite Pocket” die to cut some cardstock, then the fabulous “Designer Frames” embossing folder to make this gorgeous raised frame for our Sentiment. These two items are definitely on my wish list!

     

Then we made two gorgeous cards – they speak for themselves really and they’re all purely Stampin Up products!

     

The lace border punch above is another favourite, as is the Shimmer Paint that has been used on the butterfly above and the flower below.

     

The flower was stamped three times and cut down in size for the top two layers. Then sprayed with shimmer paint 
– man that stuff – well – it shimmers!

Stampin up a Storm–Pack 1

Hi Everyone,


I had a brilliant day yesterday with Jane Norrish and her Stampin up a Storm at my monthly Paper-mates meeting. 
Everything you see made here today uses totally Stampin Up products!


      


It’s an adorable “piggy bank” made using the Stampin up Milk Carton die as the basis.


This is one of many items that were assembled in a frenzy of 4 different project packs to complete in celebration of the newly released catalogue – I was at it from 9am till 4pm, but I got them all done, and with only a few little boo boos


These gorgeous little gift cards were part of the same pack!

 

             

How easy is it when all the items co-ordinate? The stamps, the inks, the cardstock, the buttons – all the right colours and sizes!





I will enter these into a couple of JFF challenges to show them off, and as they are not my designs – all I did was put them together – I’ll not go for any prizes.
